Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Nothing other than the supplied toilet paper must be used and flushed down the toilet. If there is any evidence of female products, Papper towels, ETC there will be a 150$ Tank Cleaning charge added.
- 150$ Cleaning fee will be waived If RV is returned in the same condition as it was delivered/ picked up. If I have to do more than just disinfect you will be charged.
- This is a NON-SMOKING RV, if the RV shows signs or smells of SMOKING in RV you will be charged a $250 FEE
I do not require a cleaning fee but if there's anything outside of just disinfecting the RV that must be cleaned I will charge accordingly.
