- We love dogs! please ensure they are well-behaved, house-trained, and never left unattended inside the trailer. Pet fee applies.
- Renters are responsible for any damage incurred during the rental period. Any repairs will be charged to the renter, and insurance may be available for additional protection.
- Return the camper clean, 100% ready for the next camper. If travel trailer is returned dirty and/or the tanks are not dumped and flushed, dump fees and/or cleaning fees will be deducted from deposit
- Smoking is not allowed inside the trailer. Please respect the space and keep it fresh for everyone. Any evidence of smoking or vaping in the camper will forfeit your security deposit.
- Crawling onto the roof is strictly prohibited unless owner provides written permission.
