- Please note, the way units are dropped off should be the way they are picked up. Please clean up after and be respectful of other rentors time.
- At the end of reservation, please do quick wipe down of unit. Additional charges may apply to security deposit if left filthy, including bathrooms.
- Awning may not be used for any circumstances. We will provide EZ canopy to accommodate, each broken awning costs $2800-3800 that is renters responsibility.
