The R.V. is located on the South side of our home where it is hooked up to 30 amp power, water and sewer. Front door faces south into a fruit orchard that is picturesque and is lined with very tall quaking aspens.
Location is close to Idaho Falls and Rexburg about 12 minutes each direction.

- Propane tanks must be refilled upon return. Failure to fill tanks will result in an additional fee of $100.
- Black and grey water tanks must be empty upon return. Failure to dump will result in an additional $150 fee.
- Drop off time must be met. A late fee of $25 per hour will be charged unless prior arrangements are made.
- Return trailer clean and tidy. A cleaning fee of $100 will be charged if left dirty.
