We are a family of four located in Yucaipa, California, nestled below Big Bear Mountain who enjoy the outdoors. During the winter months, we are avid skiers and during spring and summer, we enjoy camping by the beach or in the mountains. - Pets must be in a crate if left unattended in trailer.
- Cleaning: Guests will follow the cleaning procedures in the trailer manual. If cleaning procedures are not properly followed, the excessive cleaning fee will be applied.
- Dumping: Tanks need to be emptied and cleaned upon return as outlined in the Renter's Manual or dump fee will be applied. Dumping fee is $100.
- IF RENTER IS TOWING: Must have towing knowledge/experience with approved towing vehicle. The following is required for towing vehicle: brake controller, towing hitch and 7 pin trailer plug.
- FESTIVALS: We do not rent for festivals.

Besides having a great rental product, the experience was 5 Star all around. The Unit was clean and well stocked with a complete inventory list provided ahead of time for planning purposes. Excellent Communication from the Owners. The Unit was well labeled inside making return a breeze, and the easy to understand operating manual was a help for questions.

Our family had an amazing trip and the Bigg’s were the absolute best hosts we could have asked for. Their listing and pictures were true to life and their trailer came packed with all the items and amenities we could have needed! Not to mention, the Bigg’s were the nicest people ever and were fully available and willing to help with any problem we could have encountered, at any time day or night.
Absolute dream of an experience, start to finish. Serena and Waylan were as nice in person as their ad suggested. The rig was exactly as described, perfect for our family and super clean. It had everything we needed. Super flexible with our time needs. Waylan patiently walked us through the whole setup, which we definitely needed as newbies. I would rent from them again in a heartbeat.
Sam and his family were superior renters. Their excellent communication allowed us as hosts to try to make their trip the best possible experience for them. They left our trailer in excellent condition. Thank you to your family for being so wonderful! We hope we can rent to you in the future.

We really enjoyed renting from Serena. The trailer was very well equipped inside and out with everything you would need for a great camping trip. The pick up and drop off experience was exceptional. She was very responsive and made us feel comfortable from beginning to end. We will definitely rent from Serena again.
