2024 Dutchmen RV - Coleman Lantern LT Series 17B
Electric fireplace and air conditioning require 120 volt plug in or generator. (Generator is not provided at this time). Fully stocked with bedding, dishes and towels if you choose to use them. Only requirement is return it swept, no trash etc. You must dump the black tank and refill or there will be a $50.00 charge for returning without cleaning tanks. Pets are welcome but please clean any hair.

This is a family owned camper. I bought it so I can take it when I visit home again and have a place to stay without putting anyone out. In the meantime we will offer it up for rent when its not in use. It is brand new and barely used. I hope you enjoy it as much we plan on doing some day.
