Overall a great experience. Hans walked us through the process of getting the RV up running as well as the drain cleaning process. The RV had all the necessary amenities needed for the a trip. Everything worked in the RV and it was easy to drive. Would recommend Han for others seeking an RV rental.
Betsie II was perfect for my triathlon race weekend. Functionally flawless (from the slide-out living room to the auto-levelers, everything worked as expected), she drives confidently and the Car Play setup eased navigation and communications (Android Auto available, too).

Laura and her husband Hans provided a great experience for us in our first RV rental. They were very friendly, provided all the help needed, including personalized videos for operation of the RV, and responded quickly to any questions or issues we had.
