- No tailgate parties, Burning Man No festivals -Violation will result in full forfeiture of security deposit. Please do not fry foods on interior stove. Outdoor stove will be provided UPON REQUEST.
- RV uses special toilet paper which will be provided. Do not put regular toilet paper, paper towels, tissue, sanitary wipes or feminine products in the toilet, it will clog the system.
- Kitchen comes complete to serve a family of 6. Inventory taken prior to pick up and upon drop off. Renter to confirm inventory before rental. Reimbursement of any items missing deducted from deposit
- No use of awning. Easy ups will be provided UPON REQUEST. Awning secured with lock tag. If lock tag is broken, full security deposit will be forfeited.
- We provide a full tank of gas upon departure and must be at the same level when returned or a $350 fuel charge will be deducted from deposit.

We have been renting RV’s for over 12 years and this was by far our best experience. Melinda was extremely accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. This was the CLEANEST and the most spacious RV we ever rented. Plenty of inside and outside storage. We loved the fact that if offers a vanity area outside of the bathroom so you don’t feel cramped.
