Roomy and comfortable, outside TV, Awnings, RV King bed, bath and 1/2 w/laundry, queen pull out. Coach can possibly be stationary in Cocoa Beach, Florida. Road test would be required for traveling along w/proper experience. Absolutely no smoking in the unit. AC and Heatpump, hotwater heater Gas & electric. Full size refridgerator , water purifier, Diesal gets approximately 8 mpg.

I have this set to stationary as most of our rentals are delivery to a location so the "driving" insurance isn't required. If you want to drive the coach, the rate will be adjusted to include RV share's insurance cost.
