Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- This is not a festival friendly rental. Absolutely no festivals. Please use only RV friendly toilet paper. Please limit shoes inside the RV. No PETS and No SMOKING.
- Return RV in same condition as it was picked up. This includes gas level & dump tanks. Wipe & clean inside surfaces, empty garbages and have all dishes cleaned and put away in designated drawers.
- Clean out and empty fridge and cupboards. Place all towels in shower at the end of stay. Please have all bedding on the appropriate beds they were on when RV was picked up.
- Please use stepladders for all of the bunkbeds-do not use couch armrests, driver and passengers seats and lower bunk frame to access the upper bunks.
- Please do not open the right dining window closest to the camper door as it is finicky. The left dining window is OK to open.
