Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Should be returned similar to when it was taken. Please wash dishes. Remove bedding and pile it up with other dirty items. You can use the foldable blue hamper in the bedroom.
- Gray and Black tanks should be emptied before returning. Rinse septic hose with water before putting caps back on. $75 fee will be assessed if not completed. I am happy to do this for you if you need
- Return RV with a full gas tank.
- A $100 cleaning fee can be added at the discretion of the owner if RV is dirtier than a normal vacation.
