Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Should be returned similar to when it was taken. Remove bedding and pile it up with other dirty items. You can use the foldable blue hamper in the bedroom.
- Gray and Black tanks should be emptied before returning. Rinse septic hose with water before putting caps back on. $75 fee will be assessed if not completed.
- Return RV with a full gas tank or I can fill it and charge you.
- A $100 cleaning fee can be added at the discretion of the owner if RV is dirtier than a normal vacation.
Rates & Availability
Any post trip fees incurred, including overages for mileage or generator use, are subject to an administrative fee and any taxes required by law.
