Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- We will be available to tow the RV to your desired location and set-up most mornings 6:00 to 9:00 AM and most evenings 5:00 to 10:00 PM. No renter towing.
- Keep an eye on water and battery usage when dry camping. Under normal use the solar panel will recharge the batteries each day. The fresh water should last 2 or 3 days with conservative use.
- The waste water tanks can usually hold what comes from one to 2 fresh water tanks full. With hookups they will last as long as needed, but will need draining when above half full.
- DO NOT leave the gray and black water drain valves OPEN! (Solids will be left in the tanks and will require flushing to remove). A $500 ADDITIONAL CHARGE WILL BE ADDED IF FLUSHING IS REQUIRED !!!
- Please don't smoke - anything , or bring pets into our RV, we have family members that are allergic. THANKS in advance!
All rentals are stationary in that I will deliver to your destination, and tow back when your rental is completed.
We do all the towing (delivery and pick-up) because of the size and weight of the trailer. We will tow up to 120 miles one way. The towing fee is also only charged one way except with "destination" delivery fees. When we arrive at your chosen destination, we will park and set the...
