Rental Rules
- No pets
- No festivals
- No tailgating
- No smoking
- Minimum renter age of 25
- We will be available to tow the RV to your desired location and set-up most mornings 6:00 to 9:00 AM and most evenings 5:00 to 10:00 PM. No renter towing.
- Keep an eye on water and battery usage when dry camping. Under normal use the solar panel will recharge the batteries each day. The fresh water should last 2 or 3 days with conservative use.
- The waste water tanks can usually hold what comes from one to 2 fresh water tanks full. With hookups they will last as long as needed, but will need draining when above half full.
- DO NOT leave the gray and black water drain valves OPEN! (Solids will be left in the tanks and will require flushing to remove). A $500 ADDITIONAL CHARGE WILL BE ADDED IF FLUSHING IS REQUIRED !!!
- Please don't smoke - anything , or bring pets into our RV, we have family members that are allergic. THANKS in advance!
