Rental Rules
- No pets
- No festivals
- No tailgating
- No smoking
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Delivery only, no renter towing. We are available to deliver and pick-up the RV at your location, and set-up, most evenings after 3:30 pm. Week-ends are more flexible. No delivery into nat'l parks.
- Keep an eye on water and battery levels when dry camping. Solar panels recharge the batteries each day. The fresh water should last 2 or 3 days with conservative use, depending on how many guests
- The waste water tanks can usually hold one to two fresh water tanks full. With hookups they will last as long as needed, but check daily and drain when full.
- DO NOT leave the gray and black water drain valves OPEN! (Solids will be left in the tanks and require flushing to remove). A $500 ADDITIONAL CHARGE WILL BE ADDED TO FLUSH IF REQUIRED !!!
- Please don't smoke - anything , or bring pets into our RV. We use the RV too, and have family members that are allergic. THANKS in advance!
