- Rental NOT allowed for desert-based festivals (Burning Man, EDC, Coachella, Glamis, Etc.) Prohibited Zone Fee: $5,000 (Please contact me for an exception; must be over 40 years).
- NO LADDER USE, NO CLIMBING, STANDING, or SITTING ON ROOF for any reason. Cameras are present on the roof.
- Please return the RV CLEAN to avoid additional charges. There will be an additional fee of $250 is extra cleaning is necessary. (Cleaning FEE does NOT include dumping tanks).
- PROHIBITED TRAVEL AREAS: Mexico, traveling on non-public US roads, inaccessible areas, Death Valley, CA. NO OFF-ROAD, No Dry Camping.

Lance was great, easy pickup, super cool guy and stayed in contact with me so we could get questions answered during the trip. He was also very accommodating beforehand and even went as far as to coach me through a few things when I didn’t understand.
