This was our first time renting an RV. Ryan made the process of learning the RV easy. He sent a very detailed video explaining all aspects of the RV. We used this on our trip if we had any questions. The RV was clean and well stocked with the items we needed (paper towels, TP, napkins, towels, blankets, utensils, outdoor chairs, cookware, etc). Ryan was friendly and communicated as needed.
