It comes fully stocked with all essential kitchen supplies , camp chairs, an extra 2 burner outdoor cook stove, towels, TP. There is an electric awning and outdoors speakers with LED lighting. The layout is great.

Santa Rosa CA, Near Sebastopol, Behind the Orchard in our backyard with parking. Orchard view and privacy fencing. trees and big shade Oak for climbing and with swings . Kids love it. Fully hooked up, water, Electric and sewer.
For generator. I will leave it in the trailer or help unload and load at the site if needed. It's easy with 2 people.
