- Grey and Black (cassette toilet) tank must be completely empty upon return. If the RV is not returned in this condition a $250 fee will be applied per item.
- A cleaning fee of $250 will be applied if the unit requires excessive cleaning after return.
- All late drop offs and/or pick ups will be assessed a $50/hour late fee, unless approved by owner. If needed reach out if you need to change times, and will check availability.
