- 2. Empty the gray/black water, fill fresh water, and top off propane prior to return or you will be assessed a $200 fee.
- 3. Wash all your dishes and utensils and return them in their proper place.
- 4. A mileage fee of .35 per mile over 50 miles per day will be assessed.
- 5. Treat this cutie with dignity and respect. Immediately call or email me to notify me of any loss or damage to the property or its contents during your trip.
