- Pets are allowed for an additional fee of $10/day per pet. Not to exceed 2 large dogs.
- NO awning use. Sorry, but it's for your protection! They are very expensive to replace ($4,000) and they are NOT covered by Insurance if damaged. I have a screened canopy available for a small fee.
- No art/music festivals, to include Burning Man. Insurance does not cover any damage sustained at these events.
