- No smoking or vaping. It will result in full deposit withheld
- Renter must dispose of all trash and clean and put away all dishes you use. And make sure you empty inside and outside fridge and freezer. This will result in additional cleaning fee of $100 hr
- If there are any missing or damaged items, renter will be charged to replace them.
- If there is any wind make sure the awning is rolled up. The wind can damage them easily
- All linens and towels must be removed from beds and placed in the bathroom tub.

BUYER BEWARE when renting from Cooper.
We rented Cooper’s Trailer in October, and when we picked it up everything seemed fine. Our trip to Moab was uneventful and everything about the trailer was fine. It was when we returned the trailer to Cooper that everything went wrong. Cooper began accusing us of damages to his trailer that we were not responsible for.
Unfortunately the countertop was cut up and used as a cutting board all over it. It severely damaged the countertop. The awning was clearly damaged on their trip. I am always transparent. And I had many before and after pictures to prove the damage was caused during this trip. I always feel bad when a renter damages something.
Unfortunately with a countertop and awning. They are not cheap to fix.
Cooper was great to rent from. He was very helpful in showing us how to use the trailer and explaining all the little nuances that are specific to each individual trailer. The pick up and drop off was super simple. I would rent from Cooper again.
Cooper was great with getting everything delivered and set up for me! The RV was everything that I needed. The large table inside was great, and the TV that flipped to the bedroom was helpful for getting kids to bed and letting the adults play games. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely rent from Cooper again. Thank you!
Cooper is amazing!! He was great to work with and went out of his way to help and apologize when we had a hiccup with RV Share. The camper was great for our stay. We received a lot of compliments from other campers, as well. Cooper supplied all the “extras” that made our stay that much more enjoyable. Highly recommend renting from Cooper.
Cooper did a great job delivering, setting up, and picking up the unit to and from our campsite. Communication was good throughout the process. I would rent from him again.
