Such a great experience, the rental had everything we could need and some things we didn’t even think of that that were super useful. We also had the RV delivered and picked up and it was really easy to work with Cooper.
Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- No smoking or vaping. It will result in full deposit withheld
- Renter must dispose of all trash and clean and put away all dishes you use. And make sure you empty inside and outside fridge and freezer. This will result in additional cleaning fee of $100 hr
- If there are any missing or damaged items, renter will be charged to replace them.
- If there is any wind make sure the awning is rolled up. The wind can damage them easily
- All linens and towels must be removed from beds and placed in the bathroom tub.
