Communication with the provider was excellent. They responded to most of my messages within minutes. The RV was in very good condition with the exception of a few very minor issues such as an electrical outlet that didn't work and a drawer which would not stay shut.
Our only suggestion for improvement is to include a few amenities such as a small garbage can and some black tank tablets.
