Tiffany and Jim were amazing and this RV was truly a gem. They were very responsive to all of our questions before the trip and detailed in the inventory of what would be available in the RV.
Additionally, there were some challenges at the campsite upon arrival and Jim handled them gracefully and with a helpful attitude, smoothing over what could have been a difficult situation.
