- Must have tow ready vehicle, which includes a 2" ball hitch and 7 way PIN connector on your vehicle. Non refundable if vehicle isn't tow ready at pick up and has to cancel reservation.
- If RV isn’t at least kept somewhat clean and maintained there will be an additional cleaning fee. Examples are if trailer is returned covered in dust, mud, food stains, bathroom unkept.
- If using trailer for hunting or fishing, no butchering inside the trailer. No entrails should be left in the RV trash can.

Had a great experience with Janson. He was communicative and was quick to answer all of our questions. We had a small leak with the toilet that we were able to work around, but over all our trip to the coast went off without a hitch. He dropped and picked up our tailor at the designated times. Prompt, friendly and knowledgeable.
We enjoyed this nice trailer for a quick trip to the coast this weekend.
The trailer is very easy to maneuver due to the short size and was no problem to drive.
The trailer was clean on the inside with an easy pickup protocol with good pickup/drop-off times.
