Bring your own sheets and bedding. Queen bed, 2 full beds in the form of pull out couch and the table converts, 2 standard camper bunks, and one small bunk. Power hitch makes it so nice to hook up.

We are a homeschooling family of three. We run a small dairy goat farm and run a cabinet business. We actually bought the camper to get out of a mold situation that turned into a nightmare. The house is actually about to be bulldozed. We enjoy camping but don’t use it as much as we did and thought others may enjoy it too.

Rental Rules
- Minimum renter age of 25 not allowed
- No pets allowed not allowed
- No smoking allowed
- The camper needs to be brought back clean. By clean we mean take out all trash, wash all the dishes, make sure the tanks are dumped and rinsed out, and just tidy. We do a deep clean ourselves.
- Pets are not allowed. We may make exceptions for small pets who are potty trained and who do not chew. Service dogs are allowed.
- Provide an adequate vehicle to tow the camper. This is a large camper.
- We just ask that you treat our camper like you would treat your own stuff.
- Absolutely no smoking including marijuana in the camper. If the camper smells of smoke the deposit will not be returned and a damage fee may be added.
