The RV was not in good enough shape to be rented. The drivers compartment was dirty, the propane tank was empty. The interior was damaged in multiple places.
The RV was returned within 3 to 4 hours with less than 150 miles on it because the A.C. unit quit working. Although the owner initially said we should get a full refund, they reneged and we are still trying to get our refund.
Yes sir I do understand your frustration but you were informed well in advance about the interior and the stage at which we were fixing everything, everything ran as should have there was dirt in the front cab from everyone getting in and out other than that it looked immaculate , you can’t blame us for you being so picky to where you wanted to reneg on your reservation after I asked you and your
This RV has been well used and it shows. Pictures and amenity list did not reflect the actual condition. There were some minor mechanical issues that did not impact our travels. Sabrina and her husband are very nice people. It was a pleasure to work with them. We had a great vacation. Seeing the floor plan on the listing was helpful.
