Sarah is an AWESOME Host who is extremely customer centric and her well maintained RV is also aptly described. The ‘smart vehicle’ is packed with multiple features and is absolutely perfect for an RV Park stay where water/electric connections are available.
Great experience! RV was immaculately clean and very well maintained. Systems easy to use, vehicle handled well with good mileage given its highly efficient, quiet Mercedes diesel engine. Owners were delightful, very accommodating, easy to communicate with and always accessible. Will definitely rent this gem again!
The van is in immaculate shape, extremely nice on the exterior & interior, easy to drive and even easier to operate once parked. The hosts are so nice & communicative. I highly recommend renting the 2021 Midwest Automotive Design Passage - you will be thrilled with it!
Amanda was the perfect person to rent from - she was thoroughly communicative, she checked in and was always available to answer any questions. She brought the van to us and went through the entire van showing us how everything works to set us up for a great trip! I would 10/10 rent from Amanda again!
