We really enjoyed our trip. Justin was willing to go above and beyond and drive 60 plus miles to solve an issue with the jack, but I was able to figure it out. His willingness to personally solve the problem is outstanding customer service.

Justin was easy to communicate with and made pick-up easy. This was our first time renting or using RVshare. Unfortunately, after getting to our destination and setting things up we realized the camper had not been cleaned thoroughly. Rodent droppings were present in multiple areas including bedding, pantry shelves, corners, etc...
