Great to rent from!
The rv had bed bugs. The owner was shown pictures and in person but tried to blow off the seriousness of the situation.
Thank you for your feedback. We take cleanliness seriously, and our campers are thoroughly sanitized after each rental. We've consistently received high marks in this area, and no evidence of bed bugs was found before or after your rental. The claim appears to be based on an online image comparison without actual evidence.
Camper was in very good condition, clean and ready to go.
