We rented this unit this past weekend and is not even close to the condition represented in the photos.
It’s amusing that the Jack and landing gear didn’t work 28 hours after picking up when they both worked fine when your husband picked it up. They obviously worked since he used it to attach his truck to the trailer, twice in fact since he had to change the hitch height on his truck. The air was at specification, your husband requested additional air put in because you were going to the mountains.
Always a ok renting for Sarah. They make the experience so easy and pleasurable definitely recommend 100/100
