We have rented this RV from James for two years in a row, and I can confidently say that our experience has been nothing short of outstanding. James is exceptionally responsive and punctual, ensuring that every detail is handled with care. From the moment he sets it up to the seamless breakdown process, everything is managed effortlessly.
We have rented multiple times from James and have had great experiences each time!! We generally have James deliver the camper and he does a thorough job of setting up the camper. The camper is always clean and ready to use.
We were renting this camp trailer in middle of summer in tx. Hot and humid. When owner delivered the trailer he then informed us that the water pump had broken over the winter so we would need direct hookups to use all facilities (anything to do with water basically)
We told him there was no hookups at the location we were at.
It is unfortunate that you were unhappy with your rental. However, for those who are reading this here are the facts contrary to the above. 1:We received this last minute request for a rental one day prior to the reservation request even though this client inquired about our camper & generator two weeks prior but never responded.
Great experience. James was quick to respond to questions and friendly/talkative when he dropped off and picked up the camper. Camper was great. Recommended!
