Here’s my experience…
Rented the RV and asked to return the RV a bit later than the return time posted online. This individual agreed to my request. Then later changed his mind, told me he didn’t understand what I was asking, and charged me an extra $200 to bring the thing home when he originally told me I could.
I am sorry that your rental did not meet your expectation.
The agreed upon return time of noon was very clear and you even messaged me that morning stating "we’re on our way back from Cedar city. Trying to make it on time but driving safe." My GPS shows that you were driving 86 MPH with 78 speeding violations between Cedar City and Salt Lake, that is NOT safe.
I’ve done this a view times and this is by far the best experience I’ve had , I will definitely just rent from Simeon now 😃
