Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Any ATV's in RV must be leak free and tied down when on the road.
- Any minimal damage to RV will be deducted from deposit. Major damages will be claimed on insurance and renter will be prohibited from future rental.
- If any fabric in the RV is ruined by staining, it will be replaced at the renter's expense.
Please select additional fees to the rental if you think you may acuire them. If I have any inclination that they may need to be added, I will contact the renter before hand.
