Not thrilled. Booked a smaller unit and were told it was unavailable . Given a larger model for the same price. It made it to our destination and back. But we picked it up and were told it had a full tank of propane. It did not. We had no heat our first and second night before we discovered that was the problem. Tanks were not empty when we received the unit. Unit was dirty.
You were offered the larger unit at the same price as the smaller one which you accepted. You had the choice to decline and would have been given a full refund. On the day you picked up the RV you did a walk through of the RV. The RV was clean when given to you.
Very responsive, easy to work with, and the RV was just as described. Would highly recommend.
