Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the camper including cannabis or tobacco. Any smoke smell will result in a forfeiture of $300 from your security deposit.
- The awning must be rolled up in windy conditions or any time you leave the camper. The awning is like a big sail and will take off in the wind. If damaged, you are 100% responsible for all costs.
- You must empty the black and grey water tanks before you return the camper. Failure to do so will result in a forfeiture of $150 from your security deposit. This service is included if it's delivered.
- $100 cleaning fee if you leave a big mess. Please return it in the same condition you found it.
