Grady was very easy to work with. Nice unit that sleeps a lot. Made the 1,200-mile trip effortlessly.
Great large RV with all of the bells and whistles. Perfect for our family to spend the holidays in. Everything worked great. It did look well used but that did not detract from the overall experience. Grady was a great host and highly available for questions.
It was a great RV to rent for our roadtrip with our 4 9year old grandkids. His unit was very clean, and very well maintained. We enjoyed our time on the road and would definitely rent it again.
Grady was great to work with! Good communication at pick up and drop off. Provided all the essential information for us to use the RV well for our trip. We loved all of the space available! We only had 4 people, but alot of "stuff" so we used the bunks for extra storage and loved having everything out of the way. We didn't even use all of the cabinets - SO many throughout.
Grady was absolutely amazing! We rented his beautiful RV for a family road trip, and Grady was responsive, flexible and pleasant throughout - including when we had a schedule change that required us to change our dates. We asked many silly questions as we have no RV experience, and at each turn, Grady met us with respect and information that enabled us. He was friendly and an overall great person.
Only problem is that I packed more than I should have. Grady’s families RV had everything we needed and more already ready to travel with us. All the amenities in the kitchen, pillows blankets and linens, even outside chairs and dvds and loads of extra I wasn’t expecting. Grady was great to deal with and helped us every step of the way.
