Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- No smoking or vapor of any substance. The cost to remove smoking/vapor odor is at least $350.00
- No towing. Early pickup request will be $75 extra.
- Use only Diesel fuel for gas. Tank will be full when pick up and needs to be full when return. Fee for us to fill up the gas tank is the cost of the fuel plus $80.00 service charge.
- Generator uses propane. Tank will be full when pick up and needs to be full when return. Fee for us to fill up the propane tank is the cost of the propane plus $80.00 service charge.
- Gray and black tank are empty when pick up and need to be empty when return. Fee for us to empty each tank is $80.00 per tank.
