Rick made our trip very easy and worry free. He was right on time with delivery and set everything up for us quickly. The camper was very clean and everything worked how it should. I highly recommend using Rick for your RVshare needs.
This was our second rental with Rick. He was very courteous to work with and Rick was quick to respond when we had questions. He also made sure to check on us (not just the camper) when he heard a storm had come through our campground. Everything was set up just as promised, and we were glad to have a comfy respite from the heat those first days. Pickup went flawlessly as well.
Excellent communication and overall experience. Rick was very easy to work with. Camper was exactly as described. We will definitely book with him again if the need arises.
John, "Rick", was great from day one! He sent us an inventory of what was in the trailer so we knew what to pack. He delivered the trailer and had it all set up and cooled off before we even arrived, so it was like walking into our hotel. I couldn't figure out the oven, and he sent me simple instructions so we were able to use it, even though there was a user guide in the trailer.
This experience was our first ever with renting the Jayco trailer for our event.
It was such an enjoyable and easy experience because of the complete setup
of everything ready for us when we arrived. Even the lawn chairs were set up and the awning rolled out and ready for relaxing. And the trailer was amazing and so perfect inside. We only had to bring food and clothing.
We had a wonderful stay and great communication.
