The camper was clean, the setup was good. Just be sure to request and check for bedding/towels in advance. The fridge was a good size, and cooled well (also an outside mini-fridge that was cool!).

- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Pets are allowed but a detailed cleaning must be done. Addition charge will be added for labor on cleaning pet hair
- Any extra trip made at the renters request will be charged at $2.50/mile.
- Generators will not be left at campsites with electric hookups
- Owner is not required to meet renters at pickup as long as keys are left inside camper
