Great experience! Our only issue was the beds were not portrayed accurately. The bunks are very short. Only children could get in and out easily. It was not a huge issue as we only needed the other beds. Very easy delivery, set up and pick up. Outdoor cooking area was great!

I wish you had minus stars. This was the worst rental I've ever had for anything!! For starters, at the last minute, he said he couldn't deliver the trailer even though I had reserved it 6 months in advance and had paid the delivery fee. He said if I didn't like it, I could just cancel!
Spencer was very responsive throughout our entire trip for anything we needed. Camper worked great. We used the drop off and pick up service and that was super convenient for our family. We had drop off in Grand Teton and pick up in Yellowstone.
Would never rent this trailer again....Very unpleasant experience.
1. Toilet was filthy - dried Urine all over top of toilet bowl
2. Fridge could not be open. Plastic door handle was broken off
3. Tried to open the freezer and the hand broke off in my hands - I have to pay for a new cheap plastic handle that would not even open the freezer as it broke when trying.

Devan broke my camper and dropped off 6 hours late. When a late fee was charged, he retaliated by leaving this review. Sometimes I drop the ball for rentals, but this rental definitely was not one of those times.
