The owner Lori & Aaron and the manager Drew & his wife were of absolute no help on our Yellowstone trip. We went in September with below freezing at night. They sent the RV out with corroded batteries. They wouldn't last thru the night. We had 3 children in tow and a senior. It was so cold in the camper we could see our breathe. Not to mention the RV wasnt cleaned before our trip.
Chelsea is correct about their experience on this trip and she was fully refunded. Unfortunately, we hired Drew because we weren't able to manage the RV that summer and he came highly recommended. We are at fault for trusting him to convey what was happening. He was fired after this incident. We are once again managing the RV ourselves.
The RV was in great condition, clean and well looked after. It was stocked with everything we needed. The owners did a wonderful job of explaining all the details and making sure we knew how it all worked. They were flexible with pickup/drop off times and helpful with local knowledge. We had so much fun in this RV!

Beautiful RV. Incredibly stocked-I couldn't have done any better if I had stocked it myself! They had everything we needed and more. They even have a huge rug to put on the ground outside the door when you park. Fantastic experience all around.
First time in an RV! We got a great simple overview at pickup. Easy to drive, very clean, well stocked. We had a great overall experience and would definitely rent again!
