Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 30
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- No smoking.
- No frying food inside RV, use outside burner or BBQ.
- No wet wipes, only use toilet paper provided. $150 charge for clogged tank.
- Do not use outside shade if breezy/windy.
- Do not over extend slide outs. Stop when extended, $100 fee to repair siding that pops off due to being overextended.
$150 cleaning fee will be deducted from the deposit if RV returned without being cleaned. Cleaning supplies included at no charge. RV must be returned with a full tank of gas if RV is driven during rental period. Black and gray tanks must be emptied prior to return. $35 fee t...
