- SMOKING INSIDE IS PROHIBITED. Renter will incur a $500 per reservation night fee if the RV has been smoked in. Renter will also be banned from any future rental or use of RV.
- There is NO pet fee for your furry friend, however, should your pet have an accident inside, you will incur the fee for cleaning and disinfecting the damaged accident area.
- First and foremost, don't do anything illegal or anything that might get you or someone else hurt. This includes climbing on the roof. Do NOT climb ladder or walk on the roof. Ladder is off limits.
- There shall be NO illegal/illicit drug use permitted. Please also respect campground posted policies, we will not be responsible if you are removed from the grounds by the property owners. NO refunds
- Renter is responsible for campground reservations. We will deliver and set up for Renter Confirmed/paid for campground only. We WILL NOT secure a campground site reservation for you.
Renters cannot drive the RV. Once you have a confirmed campsite, forward that information. RV will be delivered, setup and at end of your vacation, broken down. Renter MUST forward your confirmed campground reservation prior to rental so we can access the campground and have your RV setup and ready for your arrival
RV will be cleaned and disinfected based on CDC guidelines immediately after each rental. All linens will be steam cleaned and disinfected after each rental. Should you have any cleaning requests or questions, please feel free to contact us via this portal.
