The 328 RL is a 37.7 ft long. "It's a mansion on wheels" it comes with a king size memory foam bed. Dual air condition with 50-AMP hook-up. This camper is a couple's camper with a full size sleeper sofa. The camper can sleep 5 with air-bed. Our camper comes with a 55 inch Roku TV and 32" inch TV in the master suite. 2 refrigerators and freezers. Built in microwave. Electric fireplace.

Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Please turn off the heat when not occupying camper. Heat runs off of propane.
- Pets allowed once owner approves of the pet breed and pet fee paid.
- No smoking inside the camper
- Place towels in the shower, but leave bedding. Please wash dishes and cooking utensils. Remove trash and haul away, Leave the camper in the same condition you found it in.
- Camper is not available for renter to tow. Host delivers and sets up for the renter only.
You can stay in the RV at my house. I provide 50 AMP Service, water, and internet. No delivery fee.
