Marcus was extremely easy to communicate with. The RV was as listed and was perfect for our family. The amenities included pots and pans and cooking utensils, if you opt to cook. Disposable paper goods. Marcus had the fridge and freezer already chilled when we picked up for easy transfer of our food. Pillows and bedding for 4 beds, and various kitchen and bathroom toiletries we forgot to pack.
We had a fantastic experience renting this RV from Marcus! He was very responsive and helpful in making the reservation and ensuring it fit what we needed, and was extremely friendly and thorough in showing me (first-time RV renter) how to operate the many features on this RV. The vehicle itself was clean and has obviously been well-loved, with many upgrades and helpful features.
