Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Please cover the furniture from pets, sand and dirt with the blankets provided to avoid stains. Please have area exactly how we left it when vacating site. Please do not vacate until we arrive.
- Please do not flush ANYTHING down the toilet including toilet paper, & tampons. Use the trash & dump each day. Use plenty of water (10 secs) when flushing the toilet. $200 xtra fee for non compliance.
- Please, no shoes inside the trailer. Use foot bucket to clean feet at entrance, or outside shower.
- Please close the back trailer patio when sleeping at night. Keeps the bugs away.
- Please do not move trailer once it's placed on your site. Moving the trailer is not permitted. Please contact me if the trailer needs to be moved. $150 move fee will apply if we are available.
Please keep inside furniture covered when sandy/dirty or animals are on furniture. Extra $100 cleaning fee will apply for heavily stained furniture or mattress. A wide mouth bucket will be available at the entrance to fill with water to clean those toes! Ask about CUSTOM PACKAGE...
