- If any other toilet paper is used aside from the provided rv grade toilet paper- the refundable deposit is void. Regular toilet paper clogs and break the septic system and causes long term issues
- If evidence of smoking takes place then a $250 fee will be added. Smoking effects future renters and creates additional cleaning charges for us.
