- Minimum renter age of 25 not allowed
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Additional $25 per night for small pets. No large pets allowed. Motorhome is not allowed on non maintained roads. This can cause damage to leveling jacks.
- Burning Man is absolutely forbidden in this unit. If you are caught there. A fee of $6000 is added to the total cost of the rental.
- You are responsible to pay for any interior damage if you do not purchase coverage for it. Anything above the $1500 deposit.
- If you purchase the coverage you are responsible for any repairs above the cost of what the insurance covers.
