Unfortunately on day 4 of a 10 day rental the slide out would not go back in. We lost a day and a half of our trip, privately paid about $400 to get it manually put back in, and finished our trip in miserable sleeping conditions without the bed.
We are very sorry again the slide was not working properly. We had just replaced the mechanism and had the slide aligned in May this year and have had 0 issues with previous renters . I am currently working with the Rv Share insurance to reimburse this renter for the company that helped this renter get the slide in . Since this renter was unable to utilize Rv Share insurance. Along with the 40.
Great experience with renting the RV, owners were very accommodating to our early arrival and departure. The RV was comfortable and met our needs. We drove to Yellowstone and camped. The RV is small enough to maneuver in traffic but lasagne enough to sleep 3-4 adults comfortably with hiking gear.
Last week I rented Deionn's Grandma's RV for a 5 night trip with 4 friends to Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks. The truth is that everything about booking this RV has been excellent, from the communication, both with Deionn and her husband, to the experience on board the RV.
The RV had more amenities than my family could use.
For a first time RV user they were great showing us the ropes and had a binder with step by step instructions.
Only improvement would be written instructions of how to use the TV/Stereo.
They were great with communicating drop off and pick up and we left a pair of boots behind and they contacted us to help getting our items back to us.
Owners were easy to work with and helpful with questions. Did a great job of providing us with supplies when we flew in to SLC. Only 3* on communication because they happened to take a trip out of town when we were dropping off RV, and they had no cell service that day to answer our questions as we are new to the RV share world.
Renting this RV was an incredible experience for our family of 5 - our first time renting an RV in the U.S. The RV was very well equipped with bedding, towels, cooking
and dining necessities, toilet paper, outdoor chairs, etc. What was even better about our experience were the people that we were dealing with.
