Rental Rules

- Always keep water in the blank tank but do not allow it to go past 3/4 full. Ensure you use the pill for the black tank before using the toilet. Ensure both tanks are fully drained by the last day.
- Ensure the trailer is leveled properly and secured prior to utilizing the trailer. Do not use stabilizers to level. They are to stabilize after trailer has been level front back left and right.
- Ensure you clean the trailer and put everything back to it's original place. Inventory has been taken. Any damage or missing item's will be deducted. Use coasters when placing drinks on any table.
- Use sheets when sleeping on bed, couches, etc. When trip is over, remove all sheets and place them on the floor in the master bedroom.
- Turn off both A/C units when you are not in the trailer. Ensure all equipment is turned off: Range, A/C, Fridge, Gas Tanks,etc. When not in use and at the end of the trip.

Jesus and his wife were such the PERFECT hosts for this trailer absurdly great shape this trailer was in! All features and functionality of the trailer were awesome. both AC worked great, refrigerator got cold along with freezer to properly temperatures (have gauges hanging) tvs and surround system worked perfectly , all 3 slides worked great, jack stands all functioned properly too!
