This was our first time renting an RV ever and we didn't have the best experience unfortunately. When we went to pick it up we felt like they rushed the tour even after we let them know that it was our first time . The driving experience was good.
Hi Hugo, sorry you didn’t have good experience, when you picking up the rv I didn’t know when you will be here you didn’t tell me exact time and my husband went to picking up the kids, I just get off from my work. So the time is not really working for us, but we tried our best to accomendate.
RV was terrific, drove/slept nicely. As a first time RV experience, Ying was terrific helping us understand all the nuances and details of the vehicle. We had a great experience, easy pick-up and drop off.

Daniel, thank you very much for the review, I’m happy you had a nice trip ! For the model year. What I know is the Ford truck was made in December? ( or November ) 2018, and they made the rv part in 2019, then it’s sold in late 2019 as 2020 model, it also happens on regular cars. hope this clarify the confusing.
