Rules and Policies
Rental Rules
- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- No parking garages or drive thrus. Van is 9’5 feet tall.
- Do not use awning, it is too windy on the island to use safely.
- If grey tank and toilet are not cleaned it is a $250 dollar charge me to empty.
- No off-roading of any kind. Generator is mounted under the van and can be damaged easily.
- No smoking of any kind in the van.
