Our second year renting this van. Our 21 yr old daughter joined us this time and it was a great adventure. Olowalu was a great base until we ventured to Wai’anapanapa State park near Hana for 2 more relaxing nights and exploring. This camper van is so comfortable, room for a cot for a 3rd person and well equipped in everything you’d need.
This was a well equipped camper van. Worked out well for us except for not reserving campsites ahead of time but that was my fault, not Samuel’s. We enjoyed our tip traveling and camping around Maui! Van was perfect for all of our needs. Thanks, Samuel!
Full equip! Can’t ask for more
The van was great for what we needed. The bed was more comfortable than I was expecting. There were plenty of batteries for our use. Samuel was very accommodating for an early pick up time. He also provided some additional bedding for a third person who decided to join us part way through. We were cold the first two nights and could have used some more or warmer blankets.
This new adventure of van camping on Maui after 15+ visits was just as we hoped for. Book early for camping/parking spots.
Samuel was a great communicator and super nice. The van was great but be mindful it is really big and has a loud reverse alarm. The previous damage to the roof , sideboards and bumpers are reminders to respect the size of this van.
